 1. What materials are used in the dog beds?
The dog beds and the dog baskets are filled with a combination of soft polyester and cotton filling. The orthopedic dog beds are filled with a combination of base foam and memory foam. The crate beds are completely filled with fiberfill..
2. Are the covers washable?
You can wash the covers inside out in the washing machine on a 30°C handwash. Do not put the cover in the dryer. The best is hanging the cover to dry. 
3. In which sizes are the (orthopedic) dog beds available?
-Medium 60 cm / 50 cm, which is suitable for the French Bulldog, Jack Russel, etc.
-Large 85 cm / 70 cm, which is suitable for the Labrador, Samoyed, etc.
-XLarge 100 cm / 85 cm, which is suitable for the Bernese Mountain Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, etc.
-XXLarge 120 cm / 100 cm, which is suitable for the Great Dane, Irish wolfhound, etc.

4. In which sizes are the (orthopedic) dog baskets available?

 -Medium 60 cm / 50 cm, which is suitable for the French Bulldog, Jack Russel, etc.
-Large 85 cm / 70 cm, which is suitable for the Labrador, Samoyed, etc.
-XLarge 100 cm / 85 cm, which is suitable for the Bernese Mountain Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, etc.
-XXLarge 120 cm / 100 cm, which is suitable for the Great Dane, Irish wolfhound, etc.
5. In which sizes are the dog crate beds available? -XSmall is 50 cm / 35 cm.
-Small is 60 cm / 45 cm.
-Medium is 60 cm / 50 cm.
-Large is 75 cm / 50 cm.
-XLarge is 90 cm / 60 cm.
-XXLarge is 105 cm / 70 cm.
-XXXLarge is 125 cm / 75 cm.

 

 

6. What materials are the covers made of?

 

 

 We have four different materials for our dog beds and dog crate beds: Leather look Buffalo, Corduroy, Nylon, and Nano.
For the orthopedic dog beds, we offer the materials Nano and Teddy.
For the dog baskets, we have the Leather look Buffalo and Corduroy.

 

 

Payment, shipping, and returning
1. How can I pay on your website? At the moment you can only pay with PayPal. We are busy to offer you more payment methodes.
2. How do I receive my package, and what is the shipping time?  		We do our utmost to deliver your package within 5 to 7 days.
3. Within what period am I able to return a product? 		All of our products can be returned within 30 days after delivery, if they are unused. We are allowed to refuse returns if they appear to be used.

5. Are there any shipping costs?

We charge €6,95 for shipment outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
